All payments made against services or digital products purchased on credibilitycrew.com shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not accept payments in any other form or currency. Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets.
7. Shipping & Delivery (For Digital Products/Services)
Since credibilitycrew.com primarily offers digital services and downloadable products, delivery will be made via email or through account login access on our website. For service-based offerings, timelines will be communicated on a project-to-project basis.
8. Cancellation Policy
For digital products: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as downloads are instant.
For services: Cancellation requests must be raised within 48 hours of order placement, provided work has not yet commenced.
9. Return & Refund Policy
Digital Products: No refunds once the product has been delivered/downloaded.
Services: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, only if services have not commenced. Partial refunds may apply if agreed mutually.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer.
Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other relevant documents.
Refund Policy
Once the product is received by Credibility Crew successfully, we will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.
Refund & Cancellation for Services
Since Credibility Crew provides digital services (influencer marketing, social media management, video editing, reputation management, and digital products) — please note:
“NO REFUND” and “NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy
An order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. However, return is possible for eligible products.
OR (second option if you want to keep it flexible):
Customers can cancel their order only before it has been shipped/dispatched.
After the product has been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order. However, return is possible as per the return policy.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Credibility Crew ships its products across India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours.
We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
For areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time is 3–4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
For remote areas, delivery may take 7–10 business days, depending on location.
In rare cases, there might be unexpected delays in delivery due to logistics challenges beyond our control. Credibility Crew is not liable for such delays and we request users to cooperate.
Credibility Crew reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion in cases where delivery takes unusually long or the shipment becomes untraceable. In such cases, the refund will be processed back to the customer’s original source account.
